Conversatio has made available all videos from both sessions of the 2023 cohort of Next Frontiers—a year-long program created to support mid-career pastors in navigating and thriving in congregational leadership during seasons of ministry transition.
The key features of the program include opportunities for reimagining our pastoral identity, fostering spiritual renewal and engaging in meaningful relationship with veteran ministers. The overarching purpose of this program is to provide resources that will sustain ministers in the “long obedience” of their profession.
