Good societies require good people. In 2019 the Martin Institute began the Cultura Fellowship, an initiative that supports emerging leaders who desire to integrate spiritual formation into their life and work. Our Cultura Fellows combine a capacity for leadership and growth with a humble and teachable spirit and see the Christian spiritual formation paradigm as a key pathway to personal and societal flourishing.
The fellowship is designed to immerse fellows in a shared rule of life that sees interior transformation as central to discovering and living out one’s unique vocation. The Fellowship provides friendships, coaching and mentorship, and spiritual, intellectual, and practical resources to encourage fellows to step into the next phase of their vocational journey.
