Conversatio Divina, as part of our work with Westmont College, the Martin Institute for Christianity and Culture and the Dallas Willard Center, was awarded a Lilly grant for the promotion of Thriving in Ministry.
Our program is called Next Frontiers. It is a 12-month, experiential program designed for mid-career pastors seeking to thrive in congregational leadership during times of transition in ministry.
The program is built around:
- Relationships with mentors and peers;
- Renewal practices inspired by Dallas Willard;
- Reimagining of God, self, desires and vocation.
