In this week’s newsletter we turn our focus to Clinical Theology as a way of continuing to honor this practical and healing aspect of the “queen of the sciences.” And, as some of you will recall, Dallas Willard once said, “All theology should be Clinical Theology” or you could say, practical and therapeutic.
With this in mind, we have invited Marty Goehring, PhD to share an overview of his life’s work in this area. Marty established a network of counseling centers under the ministry known as Formation Counseling Services. We think you will be inspired by the fingerprints of God he describes as well as by the way it presents a very practical, church-based strategy within the domain of clinical theology.
