For a gathering of those working in student life in Christian colleges and universities (the Association for Christians in Students Development) Dallas gave two lectures which sum up his views on how Jesus as our teacher has an effect on our inner life. Both of his talks he titled "Learning to Walk in the Eternal Kind of Life Now."
