In 2012 Faculty Bridges sponsored the Winds of Change conference inviting Christian faculty to hear from Dallas Willard. He speaks on the importance of soul rest for those working in higher education but really for those working in any context. Because Dallas worked at the university, it is clear that he speaks out of experience.
