For a summer intensive class at Regent College in Vancouver, Dallas teaches on leadership, a topic that he thought and spoke a lot on but one that is less represented in the recordings we currently have. In this series he relates it to spiritual growth, the disciplines and one's vocation in life. It was followed by a conference on "The Unnecessary Leader" with Linda Cannell.
